After moving into my apartment and finding that the remote controlled blinds were not working properly I found it impossible to find anyone who could service them or fix them. I called several companies who purported to do so but as I had no information on them and the company no longer operated in Australia it was all too hard. They either flatly refused to help or said they would get back and then neglected to do so.

Our architect then recommended Techmark and Mark found the manufacturer in Germany, communicated by email, diagnosed the problem and got them working perfectly. Finally someone who cared enough to finish the job!

I cannot recommend Techmark highly enough.

Our internal roller-blinds had stopped working and after getting a costly quote from one company, we decided to try another and contact Techmark.  Techmark came out the day after I emailed them and showed extensive knowledge of the automatic system that we had installed.  The technician, Mark diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and provided a subsequent quote which was about half the price of the first company.  The system needed a new motor and Mark did not have one with him but he went and sourced the motor and was at our house the next day to install it.  I would recommend Techmark based on their technical knowledge, their cost and their high level of service.
